Engr. Edmundo O. Estor
President / CEO
Engr. Edmundo Oquialda Estor is a licensed Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer and Geodetic Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in government, academe and the private sector. He is a former Dean of the Bicol University College of Engineering and previously served as Chairman of both the Civil Engineering Department and the Geodetic Engineering Department.
A retired professor, he continues to practise as a civil and geodetic engineer, project manager and consultant. His background in engineering education, construction management and technical consultancy brings strong professional guidance to Transolid Builders and Development Corporation.
Capt. Eddie C. Magalona
COO / SVP Business Development
Capt. Eddie C. Magalona is a Master Mariner with extensive leadership experience in global maritime operations, marine infrastructure, civil construction and construction-material supply.
He has commanded international bulk carrier vessels across major trade routes and now serves as a maritime faculty member in Legazpi City. His background in vessel command, safety, logistics and infrastructure development brings strong operational discipline to Transolid Builders and Development Corporation.
He also contributes practical insight in coastal protection works, construction logistics and the supply of materials needed for reliable project delivery.
Engr. Dennis P. Mar
VP Supply Chain & Logistics
Engr. Dennis P. Mar is a Registered Electrical Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in plant management, manufacturing and industrial operations across multinational environments.
His background includes senior leadership roles at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific and Global Closure Systems / Zeller Plastik Phils. Inc., where he led plant operations, process improvements and manufacturing management. He brings strong technical expertise, operational leadership and results-driven discipline to Transolid Builders and Development Corporation.
Engr. Michael M. Cruz
Vice President for Construction Operations
Engr. Michael “Mike” M. Cruz is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the planning, design, implementation and management of electrical and power systems projects.
His expertise covers project management, contract administration, cost estimation, construction supervision and regulatory compliance. He brings strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills to Transolid Builders and Development Corporation, supporting the company’s commitment to safe, reliable and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Vice President for Finance, Administration and Compliance
Mr. Justiniano R. Gregorio, MBA, provides strategic leadership in financial stewardship, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, administration, and risk management for Transolid Builders and Development Corporation.
With extensive experience across finance, human resources, facilities management, international business operations, and education, he supports the company’s operational efficiency, sustainable growth, and commitment to excellence in infrastructure development.
